Delivery Lead Time
Jabodetabek, Banten, & Jawa Barat: 2-4 business days.
Other Regions: 3-10 business days.

Order Processing
Daily Processing: Orders are handled Monday through Sunday to ensure faster delivery.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following day.

Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. To qualify for an exchange, customers must provide the original receipt and a valid unboxing video.
Products are eligible for exchange if they are:

Payment Policy
Placing an Order
Browse our online catalog to explore our range of products. Once you have selected an item, click "Add To Bag" and specify the desired quantity. To proceed, please log in to your account or register if this is your first purchase. You will then be prompted to provide your shipping details and select a payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer).
Upon successful payment, your order will be processed immediately. Once your payment details are verified by Midtrans (Note: Veritrans sudah rebranding menjadi Midtrans, sebaiknya diupdate), we will prepare your order for shipment. All orders are subject to bank authorization; only authorized transactions will be processed and dispatched.

The L'OCCITANE Online Boutique accepts payments via Credit Card (MasterCard™ and Visa™) and Bank Transfer. Transactions will appear on your bank statement as L’OCCITANE INDONESIA.

Animal Testing
The L’OCCITANE Group has opposed animal testing for over 40 years. We have never tested our products, active ingredients, or raw materials on animals at any stage of the development or manufacturing process.
While we are fundamentally against animal testing of beauty products globally, local authorities in China—where our products are sold—require animal testing for certain cosmetic categories to ensure consumer safety. Please note that we do not conduct these tests ourselves; they are performed by state-approved Chinese laboratories on a limited animal panel.
To address this, the cosmetics industry is actively collaborating with Chinese authorities to end animal testing for beauty products. By engaging with regulators and animal rights NGOs, we promote alternative techniques already proven and used in Europe.
This constructive dialogue has led to significant regulatory advances, such as the June 2014 decision to end testing on locally manufactured "ordinary cosmetics" (e.g., shampoo, perfume). Another milestone occurred in November 2016 when the CFDA approved non-animal tests for specific cosmetic ingredients. Currently, the NIFDC is considering the acceptance of further Alternatives to Animal Testing (AAT).
Furthering our commitment, the L’OCCITANE Group has partnered with the Institute for In Vitro Sciences (IIVS), which actively promotes the regulatory acceptance of AAT in China. We believe this ongoing transparency and engagement will positively influence regulations and ultimately lead to a total end to animal testing.
